TRIGOtüll komb is a non-adherent, breathable wound dressing made of absorbent polyester fabric impregnated with a lipocolloid layer. The lipocolloid ensures that a soft gel is formed on contact with moisture, which keeps the wound environment moist, promotes wound healing and prevents adhesion to the wound dressing. The polyester fabric with super-absorbent powder absorbs the exudate quickly and reliably.  Exudate is thus specifically drained away from the wound without drying out the wound, thus the risk of maceration can be significantly minimised. TRIGOtüll komb makes exudate management simple and user-friendly while providing a high level of patient comfort. This wound dressing must be fixed with an adequate secondary dressing.
